A professional firewall can distribute internet traffic across multiple ISP links, detect link failure and automatically move eligible traffic to an available connection.

Normal Operation

Both WAN links can share traffic according to configured policy and bandwidth weight.

Primary Link Failure

The firewall detects failure and routes eligible sessions through the available backup ISP.
